    Une semaine.

All it takes to stir up a bit of shit methinks. Loko and Boro have succesfully bollocksed up any chance of silverware this year (pre-empting Muslin exit and Steaua beating.)

Marseille must be feeling a bit nervous having never played in a CdF final since 1991. During this period we've reached 5 finals. So we are old hats at it by now.

A real, real golden chance of silverware here. Will the ganu curse infect the Parisian masses or shall we prevail?

I am really hoping for just a good game of football, no crap from the suits in the LFP or that gimp Papa-Daba-Douba-Bouba Diouf as well. I think we can win this, because its a final and anything can happen. Marseille are there to be beaten and we can beat them if we stay focused on our objectives here amd everyone gives their best. No defensive fuck-ups please.

If we win we, the UEFA Cup may not be as good as the CL, but its a good thing to build on - we could even get a good run in that if we try.

But let's not got ahead of that. All eyes on next Saturday.

    Allez Paris! :)

I am going to be at home singing like mad for the boys to pull through.

ilv2, are you going to this? If you have to swindle tickets or camp outside the ticket office then so be it.

I want you in that stadum on Saturday! :)

Absolutely, I think we should lock you up in a nuclear shelter or something so that your losing vibes could not reach the PSG ! :p

They forgot to do the same with me, and you saw the result for the SRFC...

    Take it outside.

Or just leave it Marseille like your first team. :D

I have a feeling that we'll probably outnumber your lot. But then again, there are a fair few number of OM fans in Paris.

there has been outrage on both teams... PSG Clubs supporters (supporters of PSG in parts all over france) were not given any tickets... only a few thousand for season ticket holders and members of club supporter groups in the parc des princes...

and in marseille, a line started forming at 5:30 a.m. but at some point over 2,000 people just broke through the security and mayhem everywhere...

i think its an outrage in both cases... you need to give the tickets to the loyal fans and not to some guy who bought a chunk and re-sell them for 500 euros... and you need better security at the ticket sales... it's common sense... wake up LFP, PSG, OM...

My heart says 2-1 to us, my head says 1-1 and defeat on pens.

I hope my heart wins over my head this time.

Good luck with the tickets too, Cup Finals are not to be missed.

I also hope we beat them after seeing this in l'equipe

They should copy it and stick on the PSG dressing room to inspire the players. Nothing like a bit of arrogance to stir things up.

This is how i see it :

    3-2 for Paris.

Pauleta will score like always in the final.

    1 - 0 (Pauleta) 10th
    1 - 1 (Niang) 35th

End of first half. very pleasant final until now.

    2 - 1 (B.Kalou) 53th
    2 - 2 (Pagis) 75th
    3 - 2 (Pauleta) in the 89th min

    Yessss

Encore une victoire pour Paris en Coupe de France :)

It's going to be a great game.

I'm getting more nervous as the time creeps on...

I'm just scared that we'll lose it terribly. I just hope the players give a good account of themselves and win it.

I just want this trophy soooooo bad.

    ALLEZ LES GARS!!!!

I just hope it will be a frantic match full of commitment, passion and playing prouesse. The kind of match that would get more people thinking : 'Whoah, I should have gotten into french football earlier !'

Then again, that's just a wish...

    Probable team;

    L. Letizi
    S. Armand
    M. Yepes Diaz
    D. Rozehnal
    B. Mendy
    E. Cissé
    M. M'Bami
    J. Rothen
    B. Kalou
    V. Dhorasoo
    P. Pauleta

    Subs:
    C. Bueno
    Paulo César
    F. Pancrate
    C. Landrin
    J. Alonzo

Alonzo could well start over Letizi, you never know. Only other chnage would be Mendy dropped for Paulo Cesar.

If Marseille gets the 3rd spot (or 4th) in the Ligue, you guys won't have to win this thing to get into Europe. But of course, an additional silverware in the cabinet would be very nice..:p

I just can't wait to see this match!
