I am constantly jamming my fingers when I practice goal. I jammed my pointer on Tuesday and it's still swolen and blue (that might be because my coach pulled it extremely hard after I jammed it for some idiodic reason. I think he got jammed and dislocated confused...), and I just jammed my middle tonight and it's starting to get stiff now. I have two games tomorrow, and I'm really looking forward to playing goal, but I don't know if that's a good idea. Could I injure my fingers even worse if I play goal tomorrow?

I think it's obvious that you can injure your fingers again, especially if you've done it many times already... and given the fact that you're a keeper, you're at risk of injuring them anyways. It's a matter of whether you want to take that risk or not! To me, if you're injuring them so often, it sounds like you need to work on your technique a bit more.
