Wow, it looks like two Canadians on the same day have signed with top tier Dutch clubs. Roughly: Marcel de Jong will sign a 4 year contract with Roda JC tomorrow. The midfielder currently plays for Helmond Sport. The 19 year old De Jong is born in Canada, but has a Dutch passport as well. He has played 2 seasons with Helmond Sport, appearing 48 times, and scoring 6 times. The dutch comments to the piece seem quite positive
