Do the East and West Stands sing that song? i've only heard it coming from the Clock End and the North Bank.
Yes they do sometimes. As you know E & W stands are generally a lot quieter, so it's usually only a little block of them - normally the lower sections close to the North & Clock. Hard to hear them as they sing it at same time as Clock or North. However, at one Champs League game a couple of seasons ago (can't remember which), the song got going really clearly from every stand and in rotation. That was great.
The best crowd noise was at the Real Madrid game; simply amazing. Every section was singing for the full 90 and the place was crazy. Here's a clip of the Clock end; Clockend
I understand, when you're singing your ass off its hard to hear anyone else. Kind of like it was in Madrid. But at the games i've been to, its always seemed to be a back and forth chant between the Clock End and the North Bank.
I'm telling you, the sound on that recording is frikkin scary...it sounds like a murder or shoot-out!

I got moved to the North Bank as my season ticket is Row 2, but even over there the atmousphere was great. When the final whistle blew it was amazing. It was by far the best atmousphere Ive seen on a Champions League night at Highbury.
