It is looking now that Hearts might not have a single Scot on the board by the end of the year. Perhaps they are bringing in Lithuanian tutors for the team.

As much as it pleasures me to see Hearts lose some points here and there, and as much as I like rubbing some salt into their wounds, it really concerns me to see this happening to such a fixture in the Scottish game.

Failure cannot be judged on this one season, our first season, as we now are. We'll be in it for the foreseeable future and will win the SPL title sometime in the near future.

The Romanov's had better be continually trying to strengthen with it being likely that nobody will want to play for them.

the romanovs are not doin hearts any good first of all if george burley was still at the club i believe they would still be winnin week in week out, i was at the hearts game at ibrox and they looked nothing like the hearts of a few months ago i was glad to see rangers win although i was also happy the SPL was becomin a bit more of a competition, the romanovs have to remember they are in scotland managing a club that many hearts supporters are passionate about they cant run it the way they are doin did they not say they were gonna get a top class manager?, so why graham rix -- its a lil more of a coinsidance their results have started to get worse as hes been in charge also i think hes slowed their game down alot more- they were a fast flowing team when george burley was in charge and thats what done the damage to most opposition, the romanovs should listen to what the fans want they are acting like dictators and i dont see how in any way thats doin hearts any good, u could see just how frustrated rudi skacel was last saturday infact u could see it throughout the team and paul hartley just seems like he has no fight for the team, if they keep goin at this rate i dont see them gettin a uefa cup place hibs deserve it alot more they are a joy to watch on occasions and whats refreshing to see is that its mostly young scots that can only be a good thing for hibs and the scottish national team, hopefully they can hang on to a few of them after january and keep the competition goin

Speaking on the BBC's Frontline Scotland programme, Romanov said: "I gave these people full control to direct the club and, in one year, there was no result, not even a thought as to where we were going. Maybe I could have coped with the management to the end of the season...but they didn't have the elementary human qualities."

He added: "Each day they turned up at the club it was doing harm. I've already said I did not set any high demands. I simply waited for the answer to the question 'What can people do'? And they did not answer.

"If that had been answered with one step forward I'd have believed it but they could not even say that. I fear if we had continued with these people then all my ideas would have been buried.

"We would have got to the very quick burial and death of the club as every day these people were present they were damaging Hearts."

i can definatly see where hes coming from i mean not losing any games in the league was definatly damaging hearts, whereas under graham rix losing is helping hearts? if this is how he thinks hes gonna help hearts hes a fool....do they have an education system in russia?

Rix, a decent player in his day, is helping to breed a new generation of players.

Rix's generation will be born to young ladies from Dalkeith in a few month's time. I'm going to quit now before I earn myself a card.

They are a bunch of cheaters. Or something.

Actually was a pretty good game for much of it. Hibs nearly had a couple goals in the first 25 minutes or so, and even one might have changed the tenor of the game significantly.

My dignity will continue to thrive. Even with a few stinging losses, Hibs have performed really well so far this season, especially considering the amount of homegrown talent, the avg age of the squad, and the moral victory of not having to scour all of Eastern Europe for talent.
