If Barca could sign any current player, who would you want them to sign?
Make sure you consider this player would be a perfect fit for FC Barcelona?

I would rule the bench and do it for half of what Ronaldinho makes..I am easy going and a lot of fun at bars...I also play guitar, so I could keep spirits up on long trips. I have a wicked iPod collection and make a mean margarita.

If I am not in the FCB plans, I would then vote for:

    Ashley Cole

    Thierry Henry? :D nah.

I would be in the hunt for a defender. Del Horno. I also like Kaladze.

I'm with Kobra, I'd sign myself.

    Zambrotta
    Chivu
    Gallas
    Diarra

That is very true, and I almost forgot about him. Let me amend my list.

    In no particular order.
    Del Horno
    Casillas
    Xabi Alonso

Of course, this is just in a dream world. I couldn't even pull this off in Football Manager. :)

Goalie would love iker but thats past a dream...
Left back...Aurelio free transfer...Gallas would also be a dream
Right back...Mancini (roma) or Alves (Sevilla)
Midfield is pretty set...Kompany would be a nice addition can play def mid and center back
I like Sergio Aguero...get him loan him out to get adapted as a good future
other than that good solid bench players willing to assume that role guys u can't beat a Ronnie, Etoo, Messi trio hahaha Visca Barsa!!

Given our needs, i would go for Cole for the left back spot, however Pernia is another player who can prove to be very useful.

Chivu, Kompany, Andrade are some of the central defenders to keep an eye on.

I also rate Villareal`s holding midfielder Senna and may be Mascherano.

Lazio`s right full back Massimo Oddo is a good choice while Daniel Alves remains our target i think so. I would also look at Fiorentina`s Tomas Ujfalusi, another full back with great potential.

Tevez? what do you guys think. Not a bad choice, how about Fior`s Luca Toni, he can play as a good target man. Also for central defence i rate highly Valencia`s Carlos Marchena, solid defender.

Joaquin struggled at the start of the season but he has picked up lately, naturally very talented but i doubt we can go after him.

Then thier is David Villa, highly skilled and talented, i really believe that this lad is headed to greatness if he keeps working hard. I even want him to start for Spain at the world cup hoping that he stays fully fit. However given that we play with one lone spearhead and he is not a bench player then no chance for him to come. Plus it would take a bloody battle to prize him away from Valencia.
Real Betis`s Capi is promising as a playmaker.

Lastly, thier is Leverkusen`s brilliant Bulgarian attacker, Berbatov another player i really rate highly and who i believe can have success with us.

Chivu, Mascherano (if fit), Kompany, Xabi Alonso, Sergio Ramos, Gallas, Daniel, Del Horno, Ashley Cole, Andrade, Heinze (if fit), Zambrotta...noticing a trend? DEFENSE!!! Leave Henry alone until some of these players (or other defenders) are in our colors!

...Or at least until someone convinced me that Juve had the right idea when they tried Henry out in defense.

:D Mario truely i like Berbatov, i think he can come and add some depth from the bench. Capi shouldn`t have been on that list even if i like him personally as a player. However the choice of Bojinov is great given that he is still young and very talented.

I also like Tapper`s choices, Xabi Alonso and Del Horno even if i think Chelsea will never do business with us regarding a player like Del Horno and Gallas.

There are some players who are settled and very tough to get.

I would also welcome Andrade, solid competitive defender besides Depor might be willing to let him leave for the right price should they get a replacement.

I hope we do get Daniel Alves for the right back position, only 22 very solid and to be the best crosser of the ball when you look at full backs in the primera. He also links up very well with the attacks and has excellent pace for tracking back and covering. He also brings the ball out from defence very well. He is the player we need as he is way way better than Belletti and Ole.

if we can sell Saviola to Sevilla then we can hopefully have Alves.
