Somewhat relieved to see others facing the same dilemma as me. My thought is, how many ticket orders can actually be filled fax in a day? Not that many, right?

No, the fax machine said "Send Failed". It said there was no valid fax machine on the receiving end or have the recipient set their fax machine to receive.

OK........ big confussion!!! It says that US ARMY maybe on category 3 but we actually wanted category 2. However the prices are DIFFERENT...

    On the form:
    1-110 2-83 3-66 4-49.50

E-Mail says that category 2 are 66 and 3 are 50!!! What the heck!! I want 2 anyway but I would like to be with US supporters, do yuu think that If I mark down category 2 and mark down the box for Sam's Army it would screw up the order?

I spent an hour at Staples and gave up on it. I went to the Post Office, and it'll be there by noon tomorrow. I hope that's soon enough!

    F*** you.

    Oh, I mean--great! Congratulations. (B*stard...)

I am probably giving up on the fax as well.

This whole thing sucks. Especially considering I work downtown Chicago, and can pretty much see US Soccer out my window...

Still trying to fax. I got through once, only to have the fax not pick up.

    Sigh.

Has anyone successfully completed a fax send?

Well why don't you just put on your mailman outfit and drop it off there.

what a joke. Why setup a fax line if it is going to be used this way? Just do mail only or email. A waste of time and busy/no response prinouts.

Is this USSF's way of telling us that the very limited supply of tickets is already gone? This blows

Sorry if this has been addressed already, but what exactly is the USSF refund policy if we buy tickets for all the "conditional" matches all the way through the final & the US does make it out of the group? (Not that this would actually happen).

They will charge you for them, and then give you a refund (minus a service charge of 10 euros or something like that) for any matches that the US doesn't play in.

Isn't that charge per ticket? That could really add up if you order all possible tickets all the way to the finals. 75 euros per person if the US doesn't advance. Nice little fee for the USSF. Maybe they can use it to buy a second fax.

Would love to help you, but we have two nephews we ALREADY promised the trip to--months ago--and still no tickets, thanks to USSF. Keep on faxing . . . keep on faxing . . .
