Perhaps for the first time ever I'm making a thread on the Manchester United board aimed at people other than United fans primarily... I would like to know of all the players that have come through the hallowed (yea you know you want to say it) gates of OT and played for us..have you hated the most? Generally hatred is saved for those who are great players who have caused your team a lot of pain... .. so go on share with us. Us UNited fans can probably fathom a few guesses so yes, guys, feel free to share your opinion in this thread, but I'd really prefer you didn't vote as that would taint the poll. *thinks to himself Roy Keane will walk this one

Ruud comes close when we play Arsenal, but otherwise Keane was streets ahead of everybody else in terms of being hated by the opposition. Rooney might develop something similar with Liverpool, but the fact that he plays for England means your average fan won't hate him like they did Keane.

Actually, Bayern fans don't as much dislike Solkjaer and Sheringham as Beckham and Gary Neville, those two really provided problems for that particular game in 99. But with that comes equal amounts of respect and admiration, Bayern fans are particularly fond of Keane.

If Keane would have played that final, Bayern would probably not have scored and United would have sealed the game before the last two minutes of the game. But more than that, Bayern fans admire Keane for his leadership, for his physical attributes, and overall for what an inspirational character he has been over all these years. If only Effenberg would have been at Bayern for twelve years
I picked Keano as the player the other fans hate the most, simply because if you ask them most will say Keano.
To me it's hands down RvN I dispise him more then any other player in the world. I'm also Irish and as much of a prick as Keano is, I couldn't vote for him.
I don't tend to spend too much time hating other players/teams, Man Utd being no different, but just as I was watching limited Premiership action again, Cantona came across as such a sublime jerk, that I had to vote for him now, just so he knows I still remember...
Actually, I hate Fergie more than I hate every single player in the list combined, but if I had to choose I would choose that overrated muppet Beckham whom I hate not as a Man U player but as a football player.
