I'll cheer for MH from a distance - and never invite him to lunch. What if he really, really doesn't like what I make? A gun everywhere he goes in the US? I find that scary. In LA, I feel a lot safer without one.
Okay, that justifies the first dozen, but what's the 13th for... No seriously, i can testify that the more guns there are in the hands of people, the safer we all are. Just look at my surroundings here in lovely Baghdad, where the gunfire at night makes a lovely pitter-patter through the night, and lulls wee ones to sleep, just like a spring rain...
I have a new perspective on Marcus--this guy is awesome. How long before they start calling him "cowboy" over there?
Anyone want a piece of this ? Name: Marcus Hahnemann Nationality: American Date of Birth: 15/06/1972 Height: 6' 3" (191cm) Weight: 13st 3lbs (84.0kg) Previous Clubs: Fulham, Rochdale Position: Goalkeeper Firearms - 13 (Thirteen)
It's not really a case of need, more of ability. But even so, every type of firearm is different. Besides the obvious (pistols vs revolvers vs shotguns vs rifles vs assault weapons ...), a .22 pistol is a very different beast to a 9mm or a .45. Even the manufacturer makes a difference in the handling and feel of a firearm. For a guy that enjoys firing off a few dozen rounds in a range it's not surprising he's got plenty of choice. What would be odd (and a bit scary) would be if they were all the same type.
It's ok to have 13 guns as long as you love them all the same. I learned that (like so many things) from Snoop.
um yeah... no offense to Marcus of course, but why the hell do you need a gun in Seattle? If there's one place you don't need a gun, it's Seattle. I lived there for 3 years, and after living in Tampa (where you hear gunshots a lot more than you want to) it's like a dream city. and just look at the dude. do you really think anyone's going to even approach him, let alone pull a gun on him?
