    Gervais is on record in mutiple places stating that when working with the preperation for the new show he expressed his thoughts that he basically put himself into a corner by making David too awful.

    This is crap, i turn to NBC to get my weekly office dose and thy are showing my name is earl. Its not a horrible show but i want to see the office!!!!

    A great episode. I was dying when Michael was pretending to be Michael Jackson. Hilarious.

    Just hilarious. I lost it when Michael closes the door and colapses. And the 1 full hour of lunch to go to the dojo. And the fact that we learn that Dwight karate class is full of kids. Awesome show.

    only downpoint was using the kramer joke from seinfeld (karate class full of kids). other than that, it was a great episode.

    can you guys explain to me what made "sweep the leg" such an obvious joke?

    Fantastic episode...the Michael-Dwight and Michael-Ryan dynamics were on full display.

    My favorite part: Jim writing the email to Pam, and then deleting it when he gets caught on camera.

    Kevin was on fire, from the candle in the men's room to the sweep the leg. The joke had to be made and he pulled it off. That was an outstanding episode.

    I loved Jim's west side story finger snapping when michael was walking to the Michael was walking to the kitchen to confront Dwight.
