Free Parking, DAMN.. I think that they'll definitely avoid the churn rate with that offer.. it nearly doubled the price of the package I got as a gift.
So let me get this straight, before Nov 15th its 05 prices with free parking and after Nov 15 its 04 prices and free parking.
Wow. That's a fantastic deal. 9 bucks for a ticket and parking! Without season tickets that would cost you 31 bucks. Right now, I buy my season ticket together with 2 other people. I'm guessing we would get one free parking pass per order. I think I should order mine separate for next year so we'll each get a parking pass.
My sales guy says I was the first in his group to renew. I didn't ask, but I assume I will get the same seat.
Hmm ... let's see. Reduce ticket prices ... Check! Reduce parking fees ... Check! Winning team ... Check! So, what's the next bitch from people going to be as to why they don't come?
How to get more fans to see the Revs.... 1. Sign Vinatieri 2. Convince fans that Shalrie is really Johnny Damon: see same long hair 3. Advertise that it is a Pats game 4. Lower beer prices
I'm getting a $180 savings by reordering my two Cat 1 tickets. If I had any question (I'm nearly blind and see the game better on TV) this settled the matter. Mega Wow.
After talkin to Mike Dressler for 15 minutes about anything and everything...I have reordered and switched from Cat. I to III, and I still did 2 tickets and I think I thanked him 5 times for including parking
This is awesome news! Well done to the whole Revs organization I just sent an email to Kevin Barney thanking him and pledging my renewal of my 4 tickets! I think I'll just go ahead and call him tomorrow!! Hopefully this works out well for the Revs and brings in NEW CC Members! I hope everyone that gets this will forward it to anyone they know may be slightly interested in tickets... Renewing my 4 tickets before Nov 15th saves me $540 May I say again...WELL DONE REVS!!!
Whoa. This is a killer deal!! I'm so bloody broke right now we can hardly afford groceries...I'm praying some checks come in before mid-November..please, brethren, pray with me.
I haven't gone to any games this season, but have watched pretty much all the games on television. How much does it cost now at Gillette for a Revs game? The parking costs for Pats game is like $40 a game.
There is a big question in all of this, of course. And it is much like the question of what would be the overall effect of rolling back 2005 season ticket prices to 1996 levels. Is this going to help grow the Revolution's business? Who is going to take advantage of this offer? Current hard-core support, such as those that post here, took advantage of the 2005 rollback and purchased season tickets. How many of those that did would have renewed at the originally anticipated higher rate? The club lost money on them. How many that were not going to renew decided to renew because of the price rollback? The club kept them as customers. How many new season ticket holders were attracted by the price break? Apparently, not very many, if any at all, based on match attendances. So how good of a business decision was it? It gave a break to those who would have paid the higher price. It didn't attract any new business. The main benefit may have been holding on to some business that otherwise might have been lost. Now to the current deal for next season. It is definitely good news for those that want to renew. But would you have renewed anyway, at higher rates? If you would have, then the club is losing money on you. If you renew, but would not have, then it is a good thing. But there is no guarantee that it will bring in, or bring back, new business. I am not knocking this deal at all. But if it fails to raise the numbers again, then that will say something about the long term viability of this franchise.
15 at the stadium lots but you can get into satellite lots not too far away for 5-10. Like everyone else has said, this is really a great deal and to include parking...wow...hopefully I can convince my brother to buy one, we just converted him last week...me on the left him on the right, enjoying a fine brew.
...and which one of you has the fake ID to buy the Newkie broon? To BF's point, I very well may become a first-time season ticket holder with this deal. The way I look at it I only have to attend half the matches to break even (which is about my average). And that is based on parking in the $5 lot and walking for 10 minutes. This is a very attractive deal, but granted the Revs have to push it hard to make it work in a business sense. One marketing deal they already missed was not selling playoff tickets after the most recent match. I would imagine they will have them on sale this week, even though the week of the game is still technically still up in the air.
