How many points back?

    History please.

    What is the largest points deficit a team has made up to win the SPL? Under the current SPL format has a team ever come from as many as 20 points back to win the SPL?

    Bear in mind the SPL is still in its infancy in relation to Scottish footballs "top football division" of over one hundred and twenty odd years.

    Celtic is only 5 points back so that would qualify as abig comeback. But back to your question i can't remember any SPL coming back from more then 20 points.

    The info wasn't on the SPL website. Anyone know the answer? Any team come from 12 points back at the winter break to win the SPL?

    I honestly don't know and couldn't find the answer.
