Another topsy-turvy week in the WPL, as lots of spots change hands and we near the finish line. Peaking at just the right time is IASocFan who continues his monster run from the boonies with a Weekly Cup-winning finish. His remarkable 350 puts him all the way up to #2, despite his claims about how hard it is to match picks with remaining slots. He got every game right and even bet fairly big on the Dallas blowout. 2nd place goes to sljohn, who also got every game right but bet a ton on the NER-CLB draw. He couldn't have picked a better time for his 320 point bonanza, as he jumps 3 spots into the first division, safe for the moment at #18 and crossing into positive territory. He also bags Play of the Week for his show of extreme confidence in Dallas at home (heck, they beat RSL). 3rd place this week goes to NoSix who seems determined to close out in style. He continues to rack up huge points betting against the Center for Disease Control... you'd think the rest of of would have have learned by now. Barring discovery of Weapons of Mass Destruction in his back yard, he seems destined to take home his first title. "Livng and dying with the Rapids this week" is Quango, and both are pronounced fully fit and healthy, as his 4th place finish attests to. He's only 170 points out of the top ten. Meanwhile BulaJacket has a big bounceback week, finishing fifth and jumping 2 spots to #8. Other big movers this week are QDog, who hops 3 to 21, and is right on Flashman's tail for the final Div 1 spot. Right behind are Saeyddthe and firefan2001 who have come from way way back and still are within reach of a Div 1 finish. The Champions League race heats up as there are now 10 contenders within 470 points of 2nd.
