I am typing blind since I lost sight at about the 35th minute.

    0-0

Vanney hasn't improved. Clint was disappointing. Johnson and Twellman missed sitters.

    What I learned:

Our c-team is mediocre and boring. But it's alright.

    Twellman sucks.

    Half the team missed sitters.

Did anyone happen to see Donovan on the field, save for a late run on the break? He was no where to be found once again in a NT jersey.

    Bobby and Marcus looked fantastic.

OK, can we stop calling up Twellman and Dempsey now?

    yuck.

Marshall played well, and I liked the way Johnson played aside from the missed header. Tino and Dempsey didn't play all that well in my eyes. Tino has to learn to mix up his moves a little bit. He gets the ball on the wing, cuts inside and looks for the pass. Need more than that.

Well... I promised myself I wouldn't get disappointed... but I am.
Even though we played very blah, we should still have had at least 2 goals.
    EJ should be ashamed.

after all the GAM hype, and all his goals, I'ld expect more from him on a wide open header 8 yards out

    What I learned:

Twellman probably just shot himself off the roster.

Vanney should have been left out a long time ago. Again, he proves he doesn't belong.

Playing a bunch of guys who have never played together before on quick notice is going to result in a sloppy, boring-ass game not worth watching.

They won't stop giving Dempsey chances I don't think. Twellman? *shaking head* Maybe he's squandered enough chances now.

    passing blindly is dumb.

not to pick on the rev players, but dempsey and twellman looked like they couldn't trap or pass the ball accurately if they're life depended on it.

i don't recall any game where we couldn't trap and pass the ball to an open player so many times.

    boring.

I'm good with leaving Cunningham and Vanney at home as well.

Hahneman has the worst distribution of any goalkeeper I have ever seen. Other than that, he's alright.

players on the bubble trying to get to germany:

EJ-not if hes playing like this, if his foot isnt healed and hes not playing better, theres no reason to send him

    ralston: fvck no

    twellman: useless

    convey: there
    mulrooney: played like shlt
dempsey: we should cut off his right leg midway up his thigh so he can never attemp to play the sport again, and if he does, we cut off his man hood and send him the the women
basically anyone else who started this game, should shot, and we should shoot ralston 3 or 4 times in the gut then back up over his body a few times in our CT2004

At least Hahneman looked solid. That was a hell of a save to push it wide on that one shot.

Vanney never again...his mistakes would have been punished against better teams. The guy who took out Albright should have been red carded, totally uncalled for. Hanneman was great except for his distribution which was very poor. We could not hold posession or string any passes together. Quaranta was not having a good game..floated inside way too much for a winger..is too dependent on his right foot alone. Eddie Johnson and Landon brought something to the game when they came in, pretty much shows why they are locks for Germany and the other players out there are not. I want my 2 hours back...and man does Pando Ramirez suck!

Twellman at least. I'd give the guys a B- rating. A completely new lineup, not accustomed to playing together drew with Guatemala's first team in a must win game for them in their home stadium. Albright, Marshall, Conrad, Hahnneman and Convey all made good showings. Cunningham was a wash, but he had no service and had to play with the worst player on the pitch, Taylor Twellman.

Albright,Conrad,Marshall,Bobby, and Markus were good.Twellman has neither Int'l level pace nor first touch,Q was really quiet, and Dempsey needs to learn how to ride a tackle without spending the whole game crawling.

Glad I am not the only one who noticed that about Marcus. Of course, nobody distributed well. There was no link between the back 4 and the midfield.

"kick the ball and maybe Twellman will get it!!!!"
