So it took until the last day of the month, around 7:00pm, before we killed the bandwidth on TIDN this month. We can do so much better next month, guys...
I can't believe the hosting company couldn't have just let the last day slide. I'm sure its all automated, but still.....come on.....we are talking 5 hours here.
I'm surprised we lasted this long what with all the early month stadium opener preparations. Maybe if we had a decent month on the pitch, more people would have posted and more frequently. The boys in hoops were just looking out for us by playing so badly.
There are a lot of things about IT that don't make sense from a customer service perspective. Bastards.
Has the IBSF had the team mascot holding their beverage of choice in a picture? No. Whatever. We killed TIDN. Good job guys.
You're never too broke for class. Until tomorrow when the gas prices hit $4.00/gallon. Then I'll understand completely.
********... I saw $2.94 at Park & the Tollway and I wanted to cry. Damn Katrina. TWO MORE HOURS & WE CAN POST ON TIDN!!! WOOT!!!
So I guess the $2.85 I just paid was actually pretty good? It felt rather painful. And now add to that the TIDN withdrawals -- yikes!
Heather said it was $2.79 in Richardson this morning. 5 minutes later she passed a gas station in Plano (somewhere around Spring Creek), $2.96 or so. Richardson rules!!! So what is the definition of gouging?
I just paid $2.75 at the corner of Legacy and Lebanon in Frisco. So, if you are on your way to the game on Saturday and are taking Legacy, stop by and fill 'er up.
Upping your prices, but unreasonably so. For example... $2.94 is acceptable right now due to the circumstances and how close it is to the average. $4.99, however, is not acceptable because its way too expensive and the gas station in Georgia who did that sucks. Get it?
wah wah wah, ya'll have to drive at most 20 miles to get to php....it costs me more to drive to the game than it would to go to the game, park, buy a ticket, and buy nachos and a drink
The gas station sign I saw on the news last night in Atlanta, GA that read $5.89 for regular unleaded. And then they showed the lines of people at the gas stations lined up to fill up almost 3 miles long. All because someone made it seem like there was going to be a shortage in the area because they get all their gas from the pipelines that end down in LA and AL that they shut down before Katrina hit as a precaution. And the gas stations started jacking the prices big time because people were still paying.
You mean price increased because demand remained stagnant as supply dropped??!! Where's that economy textbook....this has got to be some kind of fluke! Oh wait....here it is.....something about supply and demand....nevermind.
