Get on them QUICK. Within a few minutes, most categories for all packages sold out: TST-3 and TST-6 still remain. TST-4 and TST-5 were available but are no longer. Most categories within the TST package are also gone.

FROM FIFA WEBSITE..... TST series can be ordered for a maximum of one national team. Each TST series applicant can apply for TST series for a maximum of three other people. Anyone who applies for more than the permitted number of tickets may have their orders excluded from the ticket allocation, even after tickets have been allocated. The total number of tickets is the sum of all orders where an individual acts as the applicant and orders where this same person is listed as a visitor.

I don't have my passport # yet either, but I just put in SSN for ID number, and when I get may passport in the coming days, you can update your account registration with fifa. do indeed keep checking. TST-6 was the only category available at first, but upon refresh, most categories were opening. it is indeed changing constantly.
