Yep, first "leg". no extra time. Second "leg", other team hosts, goes to extra time and penalties if needed. This lasts to I believe the semifinal round in the FA Cup.
In the past games were replayed until one team won. The most I've seen is three replays but the most was for a game in the 4th qualifying round between Alvechurch and Oxford City.
