I've worked in a few different industries and had many different types of customers, but the one thing that is consistant is that no matter how bad the situation most will be happy if you just keep them up to date. On the flip side, even the most patient ones will turn into right bastards if you ignore them and don't let them know what is going on.

Hey, here's an idea. Why don't we offer to commision scarves for the Mutt's when their new stadium is supposed to open and then make them wait for 8 months. We can keep telling them 60-90 days and they'll believe it

I got tired of seeing other people with there scarf so i sent Liam an e-mail with a copy of my paypal payment on July 30 and my scarf came today USPS Priority mail thanx Liam best of luck to anyone else..

 

Your best of luck wish worked. A package from Chicago enabled me to present my wife with her new classy scarf...of course, that left two for me

I ordered my scarves in Kuwait days before driving north, 7 months ago. I am now over half way through my rotation over here and just got an email from my wife.

My scarves have arrived and are now in a package on the way over. I can't wait to get a picture of some Iraqi kids with the anti-metro scarf on.

 

I can't wait to see those pictures. Keep safe man.

 

Sounds like a good series of pics for the Barra website. Local kids, fellow soldiers, local landmarks.....all sporting the scarf.

Got mine today too. I thought. I had placed 2 orders though, 2 of one kind, and two of another kind. IM pretty sure I did. Ill go back and check. if thats the case, which I think it is, than I got 1/ 2 of what I ordered so far.

However, the ones I did get friday, were great! Very nice! Thanks!

Apparently, mine got delivered on Saturday. Ironically, I was in Chicago at the time so I got them today.

There was a mistake in my order.
I am missing a Championship scarf and instead have an unordered DC-4-Star scarf - if you have the opposite problem, please contact me and we can trade ...

 

Should we just start placing orders for the 5-star scarf now so they will arrive for next season's opener?

 

Indeed I have the opposite problem. I ordered the 4 star scarf and recieved a championship scarf. I will be at the game on wednesday if you would like to trade.

 

After double-checking all of the scarves, gittnbizzee reports to me that the "other" scarf is indeed the correct Championship scarf, one was folded differently and looked to be the other style. She apologizes for any confusion, or hope, she may have caused.

Someone out there must still be able to help out Colonial717 though, it was too much of a coincidence.

 

I'll post this again, just because.

I've got one extra of the DC flag 2nd run scarf. PM me if you're interested, I can bring it to the metro's game tomorrow.
