Yeah, but there's something about living in enemy territory with Quakes stickers on your car.

Speaking of which, I wouldn't mind a couple of Quakes stickers for my white '92 Pulsar... to go with the Geelong stuff that's already on the back of the car. :)

One of these days, I'm going to post pictures of the car...

Anyone else see these at Albertson's?

They're MLS fruit snacks! Kinda cool. Each piece is shaped as something to do with soccer - the ball on the boot MLS logo, a piece that says MLS, a jersey, the word goal, and a player with few different poses. Each box comes with a trading card inside. I think they only feature four players though like it shows on the front of the box.

    They're yummy too!

    :D

Can we please keep this thread on topic? It needs to be random, and gibberish.

Clearly, yalpstel's post is not gibberish.

    Geesh.

What is this I hear about the possibility of SJ moving to maybe Houston, I seen it several times on the Houston expansion board. Would that not be pointless moving a team. They will lose a lot of passionate supporters so if true I hope this doesn't happen for your sake

    Oh Irish one, Sean.

Take a look around this forum for discussion about that which you have mentioned.

With a ga-zillion threads on the topic there is no need to bring it up here.

    Better yet, check out www.soccersiliconvalley.com

When I first got to the US a lady I worked with asked me if I'd ever kissed the Blarney Stone. I said no and she said "please don't, you already have enough blarney in you".

People drive so fast in downtown SJ these days, they've started putting up barriers and charging just to go down there. Must be a real special place.

I could've sworn I took out a fair bit of Galactoscum during my last road rage rampage or maybe it was the last heavy rainfall that washed them away.

Time for some better news (and news I've been busting to tell, too)...

Had an interview today with the Melbourne Racing Club, at Caulfield Racecourse:

They hired me on the spot, as a bar attendant. And not just for the upcoming Spring Carnival, same as I worked last year, but I'll be working for them sooner than that, and beyond the carnival itself.

That worked out pretty good, I'd say. :)

Are you going to answer? Or am I going to have to take this to your thread?

It either means that he is planning on being homeless, or that he doesn't support any team. Which is it?

Although we would miss you on the boards.....my biggest selfish concern would be losing "The Earthquake goal was scored by #........!!!"
