If someone could post a video of the press conference, it'd be great.

I am simply at a loss for words. Did anyone get the post match comments from GS? If Replay covered it, I missed it. I just sat through 90 odd minutes of pure agony watching this garbage and am completely shell shocked. I think this says it all from the BBC...

"Celtic fell to one of their most embarrassing defeats ever in manager Gordon Strachan's first game in charge."

Not as funny as the Motherwell game - but close. :)

I hesitate to ask but do they drop into the UEFA cup, or is that them out of Europe completely this season (assuming we don't see the greatest comeback since Lazarus at Parkhead).

    Strachan devastated by heavy loss

Celtic manager Gordon Strachan described the 5-0 Champions League defeat by Artmedia as "the worst night of his footballing life".
"I'm still in shock. I didn't see that happening after half-an-hour. None of those players will ever forget that performance," he added.

"It's asking for a lot (to qualify). At 2-0 I thought we were alright, but we had a couple of chances we didn't take.

"Then we gambled with three up front and it didn't work for us."

Strachan admitted the excuse that it was Celtic's first competitive game of the season would not wash.

"Their good players were sharper than ours, but I can't say anything to make the fans feel better right now," he continued.

"We've just got to suffer together. Whether we need a complete overhaul, we'll see over the next couple of weeks, but we have to analyse that game to see where we went wrong.

"Embarrassment is the strongest emotion right now and it's difficult to look anyone in the eye."

Im sorry, but that is the funniest scoreline I have ever seen.

Well, Germany's beatdown on Saudi Arabia and Romania's ass slapping of Germany were great, too.

Being a Liverpool fan, and the friend of some Celtic fans, I do feel bad. I did want them to be in Champs League this year.

But sweet Jesus, Hearts is looking damn good! :D

The SPL is gonna be interesting this year.

EDIT: I forgot about the game I went to last year! Liverpool vs. Celtic! I saw Cisse's first goal! We won 5-1! :D

Dont worry, this is most likly the worst ill be regarding Celtic this year.

I hope Rangers plays Liverpool in Champs League. Thats gonna be fun.

    Good lord, 5-0

Artmedia Bratislava, I've never even heard of that club, or is that Slovan Bratislava's new name or something

No. They're traditionally the third force in the city of Bratislava, behind Slovan and Inter.

    Hilarious? I almost pished myself.

I couldn't beleive my eyes watching that last night. After 20, 25, 30 minutes at 0-0 I was thinkking, "Ha, I bet the Celtic fans are raging at not winning by now" and they just kept on concedeing it was an utter disgrace.

I've been saying for ages that Celtic are getting worse, I saw them twice at the end of last season (v Hearts and SC Final) and they were very unimpressive. They just relied on Balde, Sutton and Hartson pushing and elbowing people out their way, but last night was shambolic.

Mo Camara was personally responsible for 4 of the 5 goals (and I'm being generous here because, as a full back, he should have had a post at the corner for the 3rd goal). Paul Telfer was slightly better but was horribly exposed for the 5th, Balde and Varga were made to look like absolute clowns throughout the game. Lennon was utterly devoid of any creativity, Thompson was pathetic, McGeady was garbage (his crossing was laughable and he missed a wide open goal from 3 yards). Zurawski and Hartson were uttely anonymous. I thought Maloney and Alliadierre were a little more dangerous but by that time Artmedia were sitting back and just hitting their pathetic defence on the counter.

If Celtic perform like this in the league, they would be lucky not to be relegated, teams like Hibs, Hearts and Aberdeen will demolish them if they don't seriously up their game.

All, in all, the worst defensive performance I have ever witnessed and very funny.

    p.s. Liked the Ireland....sorry, away strips.:D
