I am surprised nobody mentioned the Great Permian die-off, when NASL (North American Saurian League) contracted from 8000 teams to 3. Something about a catastrophic global warming from gaseous emissions from SportsTalk 980, The Sports Reporters.

Oh hell yeah. They peaked during Great War between the Fans and Management when the Fans had to hire a mercenary air force to make its wishes known.

What about when DCU had to change leagues when the Bundesburgess Shale league (BSL) went under due to not having any hard cap(s)? Furtunately the newly funded Cambrian Explosion Association (CEA) rose from the ashes to form a truly worldwide league. Back then ALL teams played the same March-November schedule.

Well folks, I can officially say that I've only been a fan of the team since last year - end of the year, in fact. But, it was at that time that I decided that since the Mutiny was no longer around, there was no better team (and fans) to support than DCU. AND, after watching the masterful handling of the Metros on a regular basis, it was a VERY easy decision to make.

So, I'm really a newbie in this area, but even if I'm not around all that much, I'm still there in spirit always.

    Finally, honesty.

In truth, I have only been a DC fan for the last two minutes. I was a double agent for the Galaxians, sent to confound and confuse the faithful. Hallelujah, I have seen the light!

(Actually, I have converted because I have been bewitched by that toothsome wench, Mutinywxgirl.)

I've been a fan since Freddy Adu was fourteen, so I checked the 5-10 year option.

I support this team every time Freddy starts. So I guess from a few hours ago until who knows when.

Where is the option specifically catered to me?

    One day.

I attended my first game tonight. It's a shame I have to work Saturdays, I had to call in sick today to attend.

How many of you put the $75 deposit down on MLS season tickets (that I never was credited) back in 1993-1995-ish? It was supposed to help indicate which cities had the most support for an MLS franchise.

I've been going to any DC team since they ever had one. I even had season tickets to the Washington Stars.

Freddy may have had his best game as a pro tonight with a goal and an assist in 90+ minutes. He was involved in all three goals scored!

That's why I'm still a fan of the rest of his team.

Virgin Sacrifices? Doesn't that still happen when the Metrotards come to RFK?
