sorry, i don't know the name (if there is one) but my favorite is this one cuz im always in this situation and it works well...

the situation: you are sprinting up right along the sideline dribbling the ball with the foot nearest the sideline to keep it furthest away from the defender as they are sprinting exactly alongside you. (this one won't work if the defender cuts in front of you, btw)

suddenly stop and place your foot on top of the ball. As soon as you see the defender slow down to stay with you, accelerate and sprint off again towards the goal. the idea is to accelerate right when the defender has slowed, so they are at their weakest, and you are at the adavantage

NOTE :when you stop, you shouldn't come to a complete stop, but more of a pause in your sprint. you should still have some momentum to propell you forward when the defender slows. this move requires reflexes to start accelerating at the right time.

hope this helps, its a VERY simple move, but it works for me.

    180 degree turn

    Another simple move:
As you're flying down the flank and the defender is by your side, push the ball slightly behind you with the sole of of your left foot and then quickly turn 180 degrees to your right on the heel of the right foot. This will let you sneak in a cross.
