Wow that brings back both good and bad memories. It brings back good memories to see those goals but it brings back bad memories buecause I think our coach at that time was that idiot Kohan! It is wonderful to see Daei in his prime but goal 1 and goal 6 does not work. Thankyou Mani joon.

Im sry to say i wasnt amazed by any of daei's goals. Back when daei was in his prime most asian countries werent even decent teams. Daei will go down as the greatest player of asia, but not the greatest of all time bc he played in asia at a time when soccer talent wasnt plenty enough to create quality teams. The goals in scored in his clips were like how he always scores he doesnt have any footwork (he doesnt need cauz the defenders suck), he uses his height and physicalness and he has a good finish. If it was against italy or someone else he wouldnt do anything cauz he would be to easy bc Iran would have problems creating nice balls for daei to finish. This proved true in WC98 and qualifying of 2002 daei is like sosa. He hits homers/scores goals but wen u need him hes no where to be found.

Ok well I will accept this and still being the best player in Asia is an honor. Did you know that we had this extremely religious coach who woudl not even start Ali Daei in his prime? His name is Mohammed Maley Kohan and is the worst coach in the history of professional football. This guy ended up playing Daei only after Iran fans threatened to beat the living @*(&^ out of him. Imagine Iran without Daei in his prime. We would not be an Asian power today if we listened to that jack a$$. Another time that jerk did not start a player on the olympic team, because the kid was playing cards. Oh my head hurts.
