2-0 would be great, then we could breath more easily in Torino.

Well, I don't know if you can really say that. Whenever Juve's got the ball in our half, I get a bit worried . . .

However, our offense is flowing really well. Ronnie had some great chances at the start but has been a bit slow in his reaction time - sore foot maybe? Zidane, Figo and Raul have all been putting in 110% effort. Gravesen's been showing off his ball handling and passing skills, which have been helpful in directing the forward flow. Though there have been 1 or 2 aberrant crosses, Becks has been playing well with some great passing and good defensive play. And that free kick resulting in Helguera's goal was perfectly struck.

    Good 1st half for RM.

Juventus doesn't play at all, almost all players are defending. They can't be happy with the result..

Great game by Madrid. The defense were poor I felt. Was very surprised with how well Raul Bravo played, maybe he is not actually a left back after all ;)

As I personally expected, Zidane and Figo ruled the show with Roberto Carlos also playing fantastic. This tie is not over though, Juventus will be nearer full strength come 2 weeks time. Well done to Madrid

i was very very very amazed at how well raul bravo did in RB :p

i hate it when we put him on the left, but today in the right back he actually didnt do that bad

but we missed salgados great attacks though.........

i thought we could and should have won by 2 or 3 - 0

but next game will be very tough because nedved will be back

i thought the best player for juve was emerson BY FAR
and i cant really pick the man of the match for us. i thought everyone (without counting ronaldo) played very very well

so on the return leg if we score one goal early, that would do it because then juve will need to scorte 3 and i dont see that happening

so for the return leg i just want opur team to score one goal and then play GREECE STYLE for the rest of the match :D

The game was great, but I am disappointed with only 1 goal. Juventus was out for 90 minutes. The defense completely shut them out. Raul Bravo was amazing. Zidane, Raul and Roberto Carlos were playing liked 2001 again. Their form has been up and down. CXan they play liked this in a month time? I am worried.

Welcome to Zidanes School of Football: Todays Class Juventus. <ahem>

Great game for Real with its recent troubles, but there really should have been atleast one more from raul or samuel at least. Ronaldo was not finding his space well, and tried a little too much at times (agains zambrotta in the box). Great game nice to see, zizu doing what he does best, the yellow cards are going to hurt us in the long run if we dont take more care in the tackles. I dunno how thats possible with a side like Juve but we will see. I want F&^(&* revenge for 2002/03.

No wonder why huge amount of people believe that when it comes to Championes League, El Madri are exceptional.

Great and tremondus spirit. Every1 played perfectly, and hey, Bravo included. He impressed me alot.

I watched the game in a bar where a pathetic cule fan with his team's scarve round his neck was applauding Juve like hell. Man, I though we're cool :D
Got to say, that added a bit of flavor to this fantastic night. He left the place in 87' or 88' just before the end of the game.

Now, lets enjoy this night and get back later to add reviews on the game.
Clean sheet, Damn Dat's GooooooD :D

True. Though, the whole team did prettry well. I belive we have seen the Carlos of 98-2002. Figo was running like hell, he was everywhere doing everything. Becks, Gravy, Samuel, Helguera... Everyone!
Even Owen when got in, he contributed in deffence and actually tackled and won some. Bravo did pretty well.

And there was Zidane. He domenstrated the game just like legends do.
    Another Masterclass, period.
