I'm being told we are still a good team that creates lots of chances and the goals are gonna come maybe 10th time is the charm & we win a game
Our very first game as a team was against Colorado. Ching with a first half Hat-Trick! Houston wins 5-2!!! I will settle for far less tomorrow downtown. That is all.
Very nice win. But man Tarbell was something else. Credit to him and less so the defense in front of him.
Miracles do happen!! Tarbell was indeed incredible. Tied a club record for most saves in a game. He was easily MOTM. Start Blessing every game. Subbing out "the best player in concacaf" for Blessing was a move by the bridesmaid coach that I hope Ol Ben was paying attention to. The passing was especially poor. The usual suspects did their usual things but it was turned up a notch it seemed last night. Micael had a few moments were he showed how good he is but man o man did he have quite a few howlers. His passing out of the back lacked & he missplayed the ball multiple times. One gaff directly led to the penalty. Speaking of, how do you let so many players of the opposing team crash the box after a penalty shot? Is fronting your man and running after the shot not taught anymore? HH played over 100 mnts. Good to see he is iron man fit just a few weeks after being subbed out at the 80th in order to "manage his minutes". That win was very needed and kept us above the Mendoza line. Running teams to death in the humidity might be the best way to win here at home so lets hope we can continue to do so
AMEN BROTHER!!! He went full Talley-wackers level!!! Micael is no Brad Davis that's for sure! His passing outta the back should be lateral, not forward to the opposition. Uff! Soccer 101 Junior level soccer IQ, follow up the PK before the opposition can. At mile high altitude no less!
