looks like the stats of a RB more than a RW or RM.

Well, let's see if Tiago Motta fancies him.

Weah came on for Cambiaso at the half, Montero's first game in charge (Wes on bench DNP). Juve down to Bologna 3-0 until 76 minute, then they get 3 in a row (Milik last 2) to tie it up.

Weah went 90 in the 2-0 win today. I only watched bits and pieces, but he had a very good cross (reminiscent of his assist from the other game) that Milik almost put in again, but seems to have had a quiet game otherwise. Interchanged quite a bit with Danilo when I watched (who was really good today in the bits I saw).

Time to start a "Yanks Abroad who are Owners" thread to rival "Yank Owners Abroad"

That's really cool but they are playing in Coney Island? Sorta isolated from most of the rest of the borough. Hopefully they succeed and can expand into their own stadium eventually.

That's great tho, as a former Brooklynite I will probably pick up some of their gear, although the prices are a bit absurd at the moment. 70 bucks for a hoodie.

Good for Weah. I always saw so much talent in the parks in NYC and wondered how none of it seemed to ever matriculate into the pro ranks, any level, any nationality or background.

Yeah the baseball stadium. Home opener for the women's team is August 31.

People are going to complain when NYC starts a NWSL team.

The kid clearly has his sights on a lot of projects during/after his career. Fashion seems to be another. He'll be an interesting guy to watch -- he's gonna do all sorts of things which will move the needle both on and off the field

They clearly need to rebrand as the Warriors. Go whole hog and bring all the actors in for the rebrand kickoff. That would be a lot of publicity.

I think it would be depressing to see how those beautiful young men we remember from the movie have aged.

I would think the Coney Island Hot Dogs aka the Coney Dogs would be the way to go.

He is an "ok" source. Maybe Tier 2 at best. Probably below Nico Schira and around Gianluca Di Marzio after Marotta left Juve.

Speaking of which, if any of y’all think soccer is unique in how money is messing up the true meaning of the sport, there’s a sponsor related dispute between the two GOATs, Joey Chestnut and Kobayashi.

They found a resolution though. Another competition!

I genuinely wonder how a switch of hot dog brand would affect overall performance. Do they practice across brands or always just the brand of the competition?

Chestnutt has gone vegan, and the main contest is sponsored by a company that doesn’t do vegan, so there’s nothing for him to eat.

    I think that’s the issue.

It may be unique in the states but definitely no not in other sports. 50 years ago
