    Guatemala 1-1 Nicaragua
Guatemala's Rubio Rubin scored in the 11th, Nicaragua's Harold Medina scored a penalty in the 59th, and Nicaragua's Pablo Rodriguez was ejected for a second yellow in the 80th. The game was at PayPal Park in San Jose, California, USA.

Grenada 0-3 St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Oryan Velox scored a penalty in the 39th, Koby Mingot scored in the 53rd, and Gareth Leigertwood scored in the 89th. Flash Score says the odds had Grenada more likely ton win, the stadium has a capacity of 1,000, and I'm sure the Grenadans who went weren't happy.

    Anguilla 1-2 Saint Martin
Flash Score does not say who scored or when. Anguilla has the second worst FIFA Ranking only ahead of San Marino, and losing to a non-member will not affect their ranking.
