Astute Wikipedia editors have already updated the CWCC page saying Alianza are the Salvadorean qualified team. Tracking a few Wiki links back to the Salvadorean league page and the references there shows this article from today saying Alianza won the Clausara tournament as well, meaning no playoff is necessary. (Interestingly, the Wiki editors have not updated the qualification list with Monterrey yet. I guess I could fix that now myself)
Big infodump on the upcoming Summer Cup for those interested: https://www.nwslsoccer.com/news/nws...elevision-and-streaming-details-playoff-sites English streaming will generally be on Paramount+ and Spanish streaming generally on NWSL+
Also, the name of the upcoming Canadian pro league has been announced, as well as the locations of two soon-to-be-announced teams so that the first season (2025) has six participants. https://www.cbc.ca/sports/soccer/northern-super-league-name-announcement-1.7215577 Vancouver (Whitecaps - MLS) Calgary (Foothills - L1AB, UWS) Toronto (new team with Nitros owners - L1ON) Halifax (new team) Ottawa (new team) Montreal (new team) Presumably it will be one of these six that qualifies for year 2 of the CWCC. I hope it's Calgary.

That's gonna be a crazy adventure for VWGE. A couple dozen teens flying 5000 kilometers to central america. What could possibly go wrong (not trying to imply anything about the safety or security of El Salvador in particular, more about a bunch of teens).
Official schedule has been fully announced: https://www.concacaf.com/w-champion...edule-for-inaugural-concacaf-w-champions-cup/ I will say, I'm a bit surprised. Earlier I said this: and that's just turned out to be completely wrong, as none of the three NWSL teams have their byes in week 5 or even week 4. NJY and POR have their byes in week 1, and SD in week 2, so it's not even seeding-based.
