Sorry to hear that happened to you. That sounds like this scalper (Roger) sold the ticket on another site for more money. Stubhub will charge Roger 120% if Roger doesn’t deliver the ticket, you get a refund. Roger is trying to get you to cancel ticket so StubHub doesn’t charge Roger for not delivering the ticket. You should go after StubHub to find you an alternative tickets soon, if you bought it that cheap they might just give you your money back though. Keep us updated what happens next, it will help others who are thinking of using third party sellers
Got the tickets for M40 on the app. Just to make sure, does anyone know if you can transfer the tickets to another account after you clicked on 'keep' ? Why is it important to choose one of the two options?
There's a net, but you don't notice it. I'd imagine they won't take it down; as it doesn't really make a difference. Last experience of it was February, I travelled over.
I was at a Bayern Munich game (v FC Copenhagen) last November and was at the back of the lower tier of the stand behind the goal to the left of the tv cameras. The netting at the front of the stand didn't impede my view of the game in any way so you'll be grand.
I imagine UEFA wants you to choose keep for two reasons: they can check it to your passport by the off chance they check that and also to assign it to your guests properly.
Still nothing for me on either of my accounts, both group stage and knockouts. Ill give it another 5 days and if I don't get anything by June then ill start worrying

Are there any cat3 restricted view? I got a ticket way at the back, almost the last row in the stadium. It's cat3 but did not mention anything like restricted view. I assume i'll see the roof or something

I've got a cat 3 restricted in Dortmund, it's right in the corner on the front row of a middle block, I imagine the situation ypive got will be a handrail; usually the case in Germany due to steepness of stands.
