hopefully they were smart enough to make the screens transparent, but I don't know if that's the case
Outside of tickets bought through country specific FAs, and playoffs, is there anyone still waiting for GROUP MATCH tickets to be assigned on the app ?
Just saw this on FB. So anyone who wants to move the app on your new phone, just beware. Apparently he tried to download the app again on the old phone, and it doesn't work: "Hi. I recently changed phones and when I downloaded the UEFA mobile ticket app on the new phone and tried to log-in it says I’m still log-in in my previous phone. I reset the phone to fabric before log out from the app on the old phone. Every time I try to log-in on the new phone it continuously say that I’m logged in the old phone. Has someone experienced the same problem and if yes, how did you solve it?"
Received my Scotland v Hungary tickets but my France v Poland tickets aren’t even showing on the UEFA site under “My Tickets” anymore? Anyone experiencing something similar?
Attention, personal experience, I changed my phone in recent days and in recent days I received my ticket when I went to open the app on the new phone, it warned me that my profile was still registered on an "other device" so I I had to log out from the old phone and log in again on the new one with code checking via email.
I managed to log in with the new phone and view my ticket, a simple procedure, it was to warn that in any case if the app is installed on another terminal logged in with the profile, with the same profile you cannot log in on a different terminal until the profile on the other terminal is not disconnected. I don't know if I expressed myself well, my English is basic.
Aight, I am in a weird situation. I wonder what to do. There's no crisis, I am neither surprised, sad, mad or anything, it's not like my Euros are falling apart here. I am just curious what to do with this bullshit. All right, so I have my two trips organized. I will be a week from the beginning, and a short trip my girlfriend let me take in the end of the month. I was lucky enough to get one knockout game from the lottery, so I will be going to the Gelsenkirchen area early on June 29, see Group C winner on the 30th and fly home the next day. In the end of April, I decided to have a shot for the Dortmund game on the 29th as well. Thought that would be too hard, which I still believe, but I got a "good" price on £250 via Stubhub. I have five official tickets for the tournament, I can have one "risk" and I know I can get my money back if it's fake. I am going to the area anyway, no big deal. Minutes after buying my ticket, I got a mail. Not gonna say the "real" name here, not that I believe that it's his/her real name anyway, but lets call him Roger. "Roger" mails me, April 29: "I trust you are well. I wanted to reach you because it looks like through Stubhub/Viagogo i sold my Euro 2024 tickets to you. Kindly, confirm your email address or inform me as soon as possible if you will use a different email by responding to me through this email. You will sign up for the mobile ticketing app with the same email address when the Euro 2024 UEFA Ticket mobile app is released. Tickets are also will be activated 2-3 days before each event and i will transfer/assing them to your email address." Well, nice to hear from him. I confirmed this was my mail. And I asked if he knew which seats I was gonna have, told him about our Ctrl+U trick. Did not get any response. Sent two mails after, weeks apart. I was not worried, thought he maybe just used this mail for ticketing. Even if everything was OK, such things are against the law, after all. "Roger" will probably not be checking my mails neither if he has zero tickets nor if he just sells me one little overpriced one. Yesterday, I got a response. Roger, May 24: "Hey Dear, We have completely stopped using the pages belonging to the companies named Stubhub/viagogo, it's a long story, but if I have to summarize, not only did they steal our tickets for another past event, they also hijacked our money. We already knew that they were disreputable, unregulated and unreliable. Likewise, we previously experienced this when our tickets were canceled just a few hours before the match and our payment was refunded. When they sell the same tickets to new buyers at higher prices they cheat people with the lie that the order was canceled due to the seller user issues. In addition, although the web page names of the two companies are different, they are the same copmpany, and how they fool people in this way. On the other hand, if they have already canceled or when they cancel your tickets I can advise you https://www.biletwise.com/en/european-football-championship-2024-tickets to buy EURO 2024 tickets. They are a highly reliable and transparent company. Especially if you need tickets for football matches you can buy the most secure tickets over there." I just smiled and thought, oh well. I have told my friends about how "Roger" is probably fake so no surprise. And obviously, not interessed in using another page. This was his idea from the start. Sent "Roger" a few responses, as his story didn't make any sense. He should have a ticket after all. My response: So what u saying is that you have no tickets? Roger: Dear if they didn't cancel your tickets please do not buy new tickets. I thought that they already canceled your order so there are no worries yet. However, if they cancel I really appreciate it if you could update me too. My response: I will. Another response: What I dont understand tho. You have the tickets right? Tickets are personal. Roger: Dear if they didn't cancel your tickets please do not buy new tickets. I thought that they already canceled your order so there are no worries yet. However, if they cancel I really appreciate it if you could update me too. My response: That did not answer my question. Can you prove you have ticket for the game? Can you send a picture? (Without the details ofc) No response after that. Stubhub, on the other hand, mailed me! I had no intentions of mailing them either, not in a while and not before I am demanding my money back. Suddenly they mailed me: Dear [name], We are writing regarding a critical update for your order with reference XXXXXX - 1A vs 2C - Euro 2024 - Achtelfinale Tickets event. Could Stubhub actually be the bad guy here? Nah, surely not. Should I just get my money back in the hurry and spend no more time here? Should I just wait and actually hope that "Roger" is telling the truth and have a ticket for me? Surely, this story just ends with me getting my money back, but I have a small hope I can fix a ticket somehow For the record, I love to talk to scammers. This spring I had a few conversations, one lasted for hours, poor fella thought he'd sell me big ass expensive ones for a game and when he thought I was gonna give him details, I pissed him off instead. Wonderful hobby.
Is there anyone here who hasn't recieved tickets at all yet? I have for GS and R16 and nothing came through.
What a story! Roger seems almost an AI trick looking at the communication. Have no real advice for you...good luck and I hope all works out.
That sounds like poor AI gibberish, or they just have predefined answers that are just being pasted into the conversation
I think that Roger does not have any tickets but is a piece of guerrilla marketing by another ticket selling website. They must have been doing it on a large scale, since Stubhub learned of it and started to contact all who had bought tickets of them. The communications seems to be from AI, like other posters have mentioned. Personally I would try to get my money back and try to get tickets elsewhere.
Yes, but my 3 games are 2x federation tickets (group games) and 1x knockout, so maybe not that surprising.
People went to DECC for that in Qatar, idk where will it be in Germany. But they had to go somewhere physically to get their accounts pulled out of someone else's phone
You can fix this issue by mailing UEFA, if the problem occurs on matchday, you will have to go to the ticketing offices at the stadium with your ID and proof of purchase I believe, it's somewhere stated in the FAQ
Anyone with experience in Cologne Stadium, the S6 block to be precise, is there a net in front of us or it will be removed for the Euros? I assume it's the lower away end. I also assume that seats will be placed there too (there are no seats there usually for away fans). I couldn't find online any useful 3d tours or much pictures. Any help will be appreciated! I have the R16 game there.
I don't know if they will remove it, but most German stadiums have the net behind the goals. A Google search says they do as it has been five years since I've been there. I was behind one in Heidenheim this season, which is a much smaller stadium and it doesn't ruin the experience.
