    I think Gomez is a really good prospect, and he fits what we need from wide forwards in our current system perfectly. Comes inside and makes direct runs to goal and can finish, has good ability to beat his man, size, speed and the ability to combine with others. Good depth for us going forward, to add to Diaz/Sini/Arias, especially since we need options on that right side who can go direct and make runs off the ball to goal.

    I like his speed out on the wings. And as I alluded in another thread, I like that he shoots the ball low on target and rarely over hits it or boots it into the stands like most other Colombians do in pressure situations.

    I hope he continues to grow and goes to a better league within the next couple seasons.
