I'm a Barca fan and there's no way I think Diaz should leave Liverpool to go to Barca. Barca are in terrible financial situation, the club is run like shit with desperate moves for the short term and are only bailed out because La Masia is the best in the world at constantly pumping out good young talent. Barca is an unstable situation, Xavi might be gone but even if he stays he's not an elite manager by any means. I'm sure Diaz could do well at Barca, its just not worth it to move to such a shitshow with huge uncertainty when the only uncertainty at Liverpool is Klopp leaving, but the new manager is good and the structure gives them a good chance to remain competitive.
He needs to play, but feel like he should do it in a better league, at minimum staying in the Bundesliga gives him a good shot at succeeding at Leverkusen.
