The ICC made a bold move that caught the west off guard with the procecutor requesting the ICC issuing arrest warrants for 5 individuals active in the Gaza war.
If the warrants are put out, it will have enormous implications, as it will finally make everybody equal for the (international) law.

The implications of those arrest warrants go beyond the conflict which gave birth to them.

Given all the shit the US officials, let alone the threats, are throwing around, if the ICC judges would think Khan has no case, they now have no alternative than to grant him his warrants.
