Not sure about scouting. Tessmann is one of the top players in the league, everyone knows everything about him. Just a weak lazy play. The same on the goal, against these opponents he looks like Pirlo.
61st minute fresh legs double sub for Venezia - seems like the right time after they just got carved open after a goal kick. But the Yanks stay on for now.
Both start against Cremonese in the first leg of the promotion final. Busio was down for a bit in the sixth minute - may have taken a (probably clean) kick to his foot or ankle. Tessmann took a nice looking set piece from far away, but the D won it.
Busio takes another hit to his lower leg while doing a spin move just after a change in possession. Could have been called a foul.
No shots yet 22 minutes on. Cremonese keeper just got hurt on the hand while Pohjanpalo from Venezia was going for a through ball - but he stepped next to the keeper, didn’t foul him. Difference in the match is Venezia trying to get into the attacking zone in 10 seconds and Cremonese trying to do it in 10 minutes.
Busio helps set up Venezia’s first SOG, a long Tessmann shot that dips and could have been tricky if it wasn’t right at the keeper. Cremonese have been the more physical side, which has mostly worked for them. Venezia not doing well in possession.
Four minutes of first half stoppage. Ref seems sick of tackles from behind, giving Venezia a couple more free kicks
First card of the match, goes to Collocolo for a foul on the edge of the box. Hilariously claims to have gotten the ball when he didn’t even try to poke away the ball. Ensuing free kick off the crossbar, closest Venezia have come yet.
Busio off in the 60th minute - double sub to shake it up. he also took a decent amount of abuse in this one.
