2 options here...reclassified to '25 or she is confirming an NCAA violation. You can't have any contact, communication, or make an offer with a 2026 until June 15 (obviously a lot of people ignore this rule, but wouldn't allow a player to flaunt it this much).

My guess is she is reclassifying or a lot of the comments in previous posts have been confirmed about the head coach.

Any further intel on where Taitano is landing or whether she is in fact leaving?

I believe she ruptured her Achilles in a practice early last year.

Too bad for her. A perfect example of choosing college and soccer over just soccer. She now has at least one and maybe two degrees (not sure) to fall back on.
Good luck to her in life!

SCHALKHAAR, Netherlands (June 11, 2023) – The U.S. Under-15 Women’s Youth National Team routed the Netherlands 7-0 in the first of two matches during a training camp in Europe.
Forwards Micayla Johnson and Ella Kral scored while forward Ashlyn Anderson, defender Natalie Chudowsky and midfielder Sierra Dupre scored single goals in a match that was amazingly just 1-0 at halftime in the 80-minute game.
After the USA opened the scoring in the 17th minute with Anderson scoring off a cross from midfielder Scotty Antonucci, the U.S. attack erupted for six goals in the second half.
Just two minutes into the second half, Johnson went on a solo run from the center of the field towards the right side of the penalty area and spun her shot into the lower left lower corner of the net. Johnson added her second goal just a minute later and then played provider five minutes after that, setting up Kral.
The USA then scored twice in a three-minute span, from Chudowsky in the 60thand Kral in the 63rd, to make it 6-0. Dupre capped the scoring four minutes into second half stoppage time as she dribbled from midfield to about 35 yards out and fired a blistering shot into the back of the net.
The goals for all the players were their first at the international level. All the players on the roster were born in 2008.
The USA will finish the trip with a match against the Germany U-15 WYNT on June 13 in Nordhorn.

On paper at least. this may be the deepest roster with 1st team quality talent we've ever had.
    Time will tell!
A month and a half w/o 3-5 players will also tell a lot.

Its starting to feel like the super teams Anson had in the 1990s, not sure how on earth Coach P will be able to keep everyone happy. Having this much talent usually runs against good team play, fingers crossed they play well together.

We'll see. One big difference b/w this and what UNC had is roster size.
It's possible to keep 20ish players happy, if they have the right mentality.
I don't know how you do that with rosters of 30+

I think you just have to plan for major roster turnover every season where 10+ players have to get replaced.

The teams that do this most effectively will contend for titles. Love it or hate it, here we are. Glad Pensky is navigating these waters to fill a roster with talent.

I don't think that is necessarily the case. Assuming Jody leaves, we won't be more than 22 or 23 and we'll be missing 5 for u20 WC
Claire Rain most likely won't be available and Lebdaoui has never played much.

The 20 year old rising senior had 21 goals and 17 assists in 25 games for William Carey (Miss.) and was named the 2023 NAIA national player of the year.

    good one
