Here is the full interview. He speaks really good English and seems like a cool guy. One of my favorites in the squad.

Hopefully, Benzema will be our last "thug life" player in a while. So cringe.

My bigger concern is that this is the second stress injury he's had with that foot this season. Hope that doesn't become a chronic problem with him.

Tchouameni today said he’s likely to be fine for the CL final.

Problem is there is hell be fine. And there is also hell be fine fine. I hope his performance doesnt suffer if he decides to gut it out.

Would be good to have Tcho on the bench as an option especially given his CB adaptation tooI think Camavinga will start unless Tcho shows usual intensity in pre-match training sessions.

He’s not going to play the CL final. My guess he needs surgery to repair the foot. It’s the same one he injured earlier this season. Let’s hope this not going to kill his career.

I reckon his injury is a lot worse than Tchou says.

Hope he recovers well. Cama has the chance to show his stuff on the biggest stage.

I'd argue quite comfortably that Camavinga has already shown more on the biggest stage than Tchouameni. I reckon Carlo just feels he found the right balance with Tchouameni next to Kroos and doesn't want to change too much. I'm at least as comfortable with Camavinga starting the final.

In any case, hope Tchouameni doesn't take any risks. These are difficult injuries. Just let it heal champ, need you next year (and the years after that!).

I'm not actually worried about the DM position. I'm more concerned about the CB pairing since the best combo seems to be Rudiger-Tchou. Even though Nacho has been adequate. It also lessens the bench depth if the team is chasing. Militao looks rusty still.

Fair enough. Thankfully, Militao still has some time to get some sharpness back. Otherwise, I'm comfortable with Nacho starting. He seems to have bounced back a little from a disastrous few months.

Nacho is a big game player. Full stop. It seems the bigger the match the more dependable he became this season.

Camavinga has to play smart and not get an early booking.

Bad news. Tchu won’t play in the final. MARCA posted

Once an article said he was only a 20% chance to play in the Final and might miss the Euros, I knew something was up.
