Is there any mathematical chance Roma goes into CL if Atalanta wins EL? WIf yes, what are the requirements for that to happen? I lost track on how they choose whether 6th place gets CL in case Atalanta wins the competition.
Thanks! So unless they lose at least one of their two remaining matches( or draw twice) with teams playing for nothing, with Bologna and Juve winning one of their remaining two matches each, plus win EL, we're ********ed. Chances are about 1% of us qualifying. 30% of Atalanta not getting enough points for top 5, 3% it coinciding with Bologna and Juve each winning 3+ points, 1.5% for Atalanta to also win EL and 1% when we consider that we have 2/3 chance of staying in 6th place to begin with. Damn. Practically the chance of all those things happening in reality is probably much greater than 1%, probably 5-10%, but math is saying 1% - not great!
Spalletti took Udinese to the Champions League 20 years ago with Iaquinta, Sensini, Muntari, Jankulovski, Di Natale, and my buddy De Sanctis in the good old days. It would be sad to see them go down to Serie B.
Who cares if this useless POS starts? Hopefully, it’s his farewell performance today before we ship him back to London.
The problem with all useless POSs we have in the team is that they're POSs for potential buyers as well and no one would want them with their inflated salaries.
...lol...what a donkey Tammy is...how do you miss that? Jesus I hope more than anything we can shift him this summer. Offside? Really....
