Yeah, but in fairness Allegri should have been sacked a LONG time ago. The only reason he wasn't was due to financial constraints.

He was AAs pick. He wasn't going anywhere until AA was replaced.

Now we have a new regime in place. Let's see if they can match what Bepe did here and is now doing at ShInter, who is a bout to undergo his own regime replacement.

Scudetto should be the target next year along with advancement in the CL.

What has the new regime done to inspire confidence? They have shown to be every bit as poor as Allegri and the on-field product.

At least Giuntoli has a decent track record at Napoli in acquiring talent that developed into good players.

He will have a budget this summer. Let's see how he does with it, and if he can pick and sign a decent coach.

Im glad management was quick to fire Allegri. They took the first chance they could which was smart. Limits fan backlash. He is lucky to still be around, i woulda fired him in 2022

LOL at the guy with the deep voice. He clearly hates Juve.

Imagine complaining about ADP and the Silver Fox blasting Mad Max for the hideous 2024 we had.

It's exciting to finally get away from the pragmatic, negative stuff we've had to bear under Allegri all those years. That said, it didn't quite work out so great for us when Pirlo and Sarri were here. Hopefully we find the right players and balance.

I think it depends on how active we are in the transfer market. We sure need to change 9 to 10 players in my eyes.

If he will be the center of our new "project" (LOL at that term), then we need to give him a team of players that play the way he wants.

We didn't do that with Sarri and we pulled the plug on Pirlo long before we knew what we would get from him if the team had been built the way he anted it built.

Let's see what Motta, if he comes, and Giuntoli can come up with.

Judging by Motta’s reaction at the FT whistle and the emotional moment he had with Di Silvestri, it's clear Motta is gone.

we can’t really call Pirlo & Sarri as failed projects for us. they werent given enough time and Sarri DID win Scudetto.

really special kind of team that would just fire a coach few days after they won them a trophy. Because it was the 9th one! We didnt care as much.

They were both not the right choice after Allegri. Really if you’re going to let go of a 5yr winning coach, you better have an Upgrade in mind. It was always dumb to get rid or him for a Sarri, at least if it was Pep Zizzou Ancelotti or even Gasperini etc would’ve been something Special.

I’m excited to see what Motta does at Juve and I say that as a Juventus hater. The only thing that will work against him is that he’s going to be expected to hit the ground running as at Juve there is not patience for projects. I’m confident he’s going to recuperate talents like Chiesa and Vlahovic. Unlike Sarri, he won’t have any of the “senatori” around to tell him how the team should play.

    This is an excellent point.

Since Marotta left, Juve has not tried to match the team to the style the coach plays. Looks like Giuntoli is going to do this so it is going to be an interesting couple of years to see how it all orks out.

To be fair, if they brought Sarri in now under Giuntoli he may well have been a lot more successful than he was....and he DID win a Scudetto despite his style not matching the personnel he inherited.

    Motta not official yet. Right?
In Italia it is spoken of as inevitable, but not yet finalized.

Not announced by the club, no, but an even credible source has confirmed Motta and Di Gregorio's arrival -- Fabrizio Romano.
