Gonna be an all-Dutch Europa L. final.
I dont understand why they dont convert Frimpong into a winger, he's much more dangerous from that position.
Frimpong won the corner by sprinting around the defender that got BL the 1-2

Koeman thought the same and for that reason he did not select Frimpong before. “It has to do with the system. He is more right winger than right back. And my right back has to be able to defend very well in the first instance. He has played too few games in a four-man defense. Defending in particular raises doubts in me.”
Now he selected Frimpong as the backup. As you can see it is a progress.....just give Koeman more time, he will warm up with the idea to try Frimpong as right winger eventually(probably because he does not want to listen to the fans saying that they have been saying so).

 

I would bring Frimpong to the Euro and utilize him as a late second half sub running against tired legs. But only if we need a goal, and I would play him on the wing. He looks to me to be much faster than Malen

I give him a solid 7/10.
I'll be very surprised if he doesnt start at the Euro

 

The problem is that Koeman somehow does not use Koop (and Xavi, Frimpong) to the player' strength. Each of these 3 players plays very well at the club but just average in NT. Maybe it is the chemistry (Koop-Frenkie) or position (Xavi, Frimpong) but I think Koeman share some responsibilities (if not all). If you can have all 11 players play at their best then this team can challenge for the title. I still have doubts with Koeman's ability to do this.
