I watch a lot of german football this year and appreciate the way they stick to a reasonable schedule instead of trying to pick up every last dollar. There's only 18 teams in the league, for one thing.No 3 games in 6 days including thousands of miles of air travel.
I suspect there's a complex story behind it having to do with different players wanting to play in different ways. In the end, the manager has to own that.

this game sucked, should have had 4 points on this trip but greggy had to tuck his tail between his legs in Minnesota instead of going for the outright win there and manage this game with what is available.
