For the first time in forever the Rapids aren't going to be limited in selection due to injuries. Obviously, Rubio being on the side could make a huge difference. And Yapi is back from U20 duty. Unfortunately, Bombito is out due to suspension. He looked to be working his way into a starting role on the left side of the back line. #Rapids96 practice started early today. It is bad that I’m happy I won’t be watching this week as I feel like I need a vacation from the Rapids pro and youth teams?.The pros have just continually annoyed me while I’ve coached two teams damn near playing non-stop since Feb. They’ve worn me out and finally we’re done. Need a break form all things Rapids. I will be seeing a Nash vs STL while visiting my parents in Nash and ATL vs NYCFC before hitting the GA coast. I bet I come back jealous of those atmospheres… sigh
I’m in the road for this one in Seattle and with the early start time we’ll still be doing family things for most if not all of the game. I’ll watch a replay if it sounds like it’s worth it but if not I’m just going to take a pass this week.

On the replay both players had their boots high, but unfortunately Galván's boot found the opponent. No harm was intended, but he wasn't aware of the other player's position.
Down to nine. And no complaints. Lalas grabs his jersey and won’t let go. Ref might have given him a break if he just let go. Oh well.
I was going to say first goal against 10 men, second against nine, but that would have been showing off.
I hestate to say it, but this HAS to be as bad as it can get. I hope that this latest in a long line of examples of Lalas' irresponsible hotheadedness means he will watch Bombito from the bench for the rest of the season. It's definitely time in my opinion to play the youngsters and see what they have.

I don't have any sort of recap or comment. After the FSL losses, I have lost interest until they do something interesting to change it up. Will watch if around, but definitely not changing plans to watch. Made it about half way this year before I gave up hope.....
Went to the Switchbacks match last night instead of watching the Rapids. Saw a 4-0 win and had fun with our grandkids!
