I was curious to see what the big fuss was about so I checked the air quality map. On seeing the numbers my reaction was probably a lot like how people in Arizona would react when we complain about the temperature getting into the low 90s here.
It is just weird here right now. The sky is the wrong color and there is just the slight hint of bonfire in the air. But the strangest thing was coming back home from work and seeing the tops of the skyline hidden by a yellow cloud. I'm not really sure it is any harder to breathe though. Just looks weird.

Yeah, I thought I saw somewhere that WBD sublicensed the last two rounds to CBS. As we know, they've done that for select games for several rounds. So far it's been the Golazo channel only, but if Messi is playing that could certainly change.
Oh yeah, CBS has been doing pretty well with their soccer properties. If it's allowed, don't be too shocked to see the Miami game on big CBS or at least CBSSN.
In the south plains we usually have ICE, almost freezing, 3-4 weeks of spring, Summer-Thunderstorm/Tornado, Summer-Wind/Haboob, Summer-100+ most days, 3-4 weeks of Fall, and back to ICE.
I do think that #MLS constant ragging on the @opencup combined with throwing a ton of money into #LeaguesCup and not USOC does solidify what most think: They're deliberately devaluing the USOC and want it to essentially go away. Which is shit.— Colton Coreschi (@cjcoreschi) July 19, 2023 What would MLS "putting tons of money into US Open Cup" look like? Advertising tickets and TV? They don't own the TV rights.... I am surprised most teams don't try to include their first US Open Cup in season ticket packages, but they aren't guaranteed a home game so.....
