Going through our Clash/Quakes stuff in the past month, I found a 2002 Team Poster signed by Grazani, Cannon, Conrad, DeRo, Ekelund, Devin Barkley, Barrett. Russell, and Lucci. Gave me a chuckle. My guess is not too many people got his signature back then.
It was roughly 2010-2011 not sure how much he was getting paid. I was living in nob hill about 2/3 blocks from the Fairmont hotel. Unless you owned, no one I knew renting around that area, were without 2 things. No private parking and no laundry in your building. There's laundry mats everywhere though. It must've been a hell of a commute to practice everyday.
I thankfully did. Obscure guys are my favorite lol. My most interesting piece is Gabe Eastman jersey and unreleased and used 8x10 match day card
My washing machine is broken (has been for anwhile) and I need to visit my neighborhood laundromat (again).
Nob Hill eh, well you have to sacrifice something to live in that neighborhood. I would guess his salary was in the 100-150k range back then. Edit: I looked it up, he made $119k in 2012.

I think he needs to dig around in Almeyda’s old locker and pull out a purple sweater. He clearly likes that look.
Luchi Gonzalez confirms the Quakes are in the market to add pieces during the secondary transfer window."As that transfer window approaches, we’re considering and analyzing things."We’ll be decisive when we need to. In the meantime, it’s next man up."— Alex Morgan (@quakes_talk) June 8, 2023
My wish list (in descending order): Left winger (starter quality, Cade and Benji as subs) CF (provide competition and different skillset) ACM (starter more decisive and creative in final third than Monteiro) What we will get: Another CM like Baldi or Skahan who will be back up
Yeah, I feel the same about those positions, but as interesting as adding players, who will potentially be leaving.
An open letter to Leitch, Luchi and the Quake Brain Trust... The attacking player you are looking for is a 19 year old Korean named Bae Jun-ho. Imo, he is a rising star, currently playing in Korea's K-1 league. He had a fantastic U20 tourney...was unstoppable against very solid Italian D in the semi-final game. He hasn't gone to Europe yet, but I'm sure there will be multiple offers...now is the time to reach out.
The first 2 have been on my list since the offseason. Nothing happened. Not holding my breath for summer transfer. If anything it will probably be depth. We probably have the best chance of getting CF depth but not someone that's really going to push Jebo for minutes. For left winger, for it to be someone that would convince Luchi to put Cade (especially) and Benji on the bench, it would have be someone really good, and I don't think we have the capital under the cap limitations to do it.

Yeah but even the Sprockets guys have pants that come within 6 inches of their shoes. Looks like Luchi pulled out his early 90’s skinny jeans that he wore when he was 14, before he hit his growth spurt.
