The names look good, I’d have to see the football on the pitch as a unit to decide if perfection or not

That's what I think as well. Kane will be 100m...nothing less...

Pavard is great on the ball though...and a very good overall defender. If he agrees to come primarily as a right back, we should be ALL OVER that deal. Significant improvement over this Carvajal.

Nacho will be captain next season. Happy for him. 23 years at the club. [emoji7] I reckon Carvajal would be regular playing captain assuming Modric will have a reduced role.

As soon as Benzema confirmed his exit. I had a hard time seeing One Club Man turning down the chance to renew and be the Captain, and on top of that... the year of the renovated SB.

We better have other options. Chasing Kane is a risky strategy. Levy will not let him go unless we overpay. He's not going to demand a transfer, and he might very well just wait until he's a free agent.

We don't even know whether Madrid is his first option; hes got a family he needs to uproot, after living his whole life in England and being close to the all time goalscoring record there. What we know is ManU are interested, Ten Haag has stated publically he wants him. IMO the most likely scenario is to play one more year for Tottenham then sign for ManU or resign.

The rest is Hojlund and Ramos seem very complete already and with a lot of room to become better, but its unlikely that we buy someone that young while we're betting our future on Endrick. Thuram, Kolo Muani are the right age but are more wing forwards than strikers, Lautaro and Jonathan David are forwards but play best with another striker.

Even by method of elimination you arrive to Osimhen as the best candidate. Vlahovic is a possibility, and would be cheaper than Osimhen. But we're still talking huge money here for a clearly inferior player. So the whole premium price applies here as Osimhen is the best product available on the market.

I hope its true; he's a beast in my FM save. :D

    Wait are we not bidding?

We should get him, we need HG/Spanish players.

I refuse to believe we’re entertaining the idea of spending anywhere near €60m on Havertz until it’s official.

Havertz for 60 million is a pretty good deal..he is still 23 years old..he well better suit in our style of play than what was chelsea playing..i guess havertz, bellingham are our midfield reinforcement...i guess that ceballos wont renew if we go for two new midfielders...I doubt Diaz will have a chance in such squad even though he was good at AC Milan

He cost Chelsea around £50m. What has he done since then that he's worth even more?

Pavard is not better than Carvajal, let alone, significantly.

I didn’t see him much play, but he scored the goal in the final CL vs City.

Anyway, I see comments from Chelsea fans who are happy with his departure.

Whenever I’ve watched Kai I haven’t see anything special, at least nothing that suggests paying 60M when you can get cheaper options for a similar filler role. If he comes like many hope I’m very wrong. Rather use some of that money for a Kane deal who is a great 3-4 year option for a massive hole today up front. Still need another option up front though.

The one renewal I'm really in two minds about is Ceballos. Is he really needed? We already have Cama, Tchou, Kroos, Jude, Luka and Fede. We can potentially let Ceballos go and keep a spot for the odd appearance for a player from the youth team.... Arribas or slowly get Nico Paz more involved....

Dont get me wrong guys...for me also number one priority should be Kane..because Mbappe and Haaland arent available..other attacking options like Martinez,Osimhen are gambling if you ask me.and im not sure if they fit in our playstyle...

Levy too is in a tricky situation, he doesn't want to sell him to Utd (Liverpool, City, Chelsea or Arsenal aren't options) AND he obviously doesn't want to let him go for free. I think he will try limited milking strategies but it is in his best interest to sell the player to RM without fvcking around too much.

Several trustworthy reports suggest that Kane does want a move to RM. He'll be the main talisman and will get the #9 at the biggest club in the world, for a star that is yet to win any title I'm sure that's a big deal.

I agree; he's average to decent - should be playing at a Villarreal, Real Betis, etc.

Let me guess, Perez "fell in love" with him in our game vs Villareal?
