It doesn’t matter. Final it’s one game. Yet, they there twice in the last 3 years, and all most 3 years in a row (lucky 2 goals from us above 90’s)

Losing does matter. Stop kissing their ass like you do for Barca. Lucky RM, Lucky Chelsea. City has 3 CLs in your book despite losing final and semis. Happy?

Juve lost their last 5 CL finals. They have 7 CLs like Milan now. Because losing finals doesn't matter. [emoji23] Pool made 3 finals and at least won 1. They are not a threat but City losing final, almost making final counts as great achievement. Even City and Barca fans doesn't do this much ass kissing.

    Same here.

When I’ve seen him for Bayern in Europe, he’s not been spectacular. I think we can get someone to do the job much cheaper or without having to wait for him to be free.

Gather a hundred samples of random three people who follow football and I bet Florentino, Carlo and Juni will be the only sample where all three are BIG fans of Kai Havertz. Absolute miracle lol

Seen nothing from him in the last 3 years that justifies the purchase.

The narrative is that he's "versatile" but imo it's because he's not really good at any position.

This is huge. We really need him to be the 3.5th CB option before we can integrate Marin into the squad.

I don't think another LB is necessary. We should be looking for a RB.

Why are we going after Kai Havertz, really underwhelming signing.

Havertz decent squad player, can play in different positions. So it's 50/50 for me so far. Not very underwhelming signing but we will see.

If you consider Havertz as an Asensio replacement, we might have upgraded that roster spot. Not going to mention Hazard since there was nothing to replace there.

Has higher potential than Asensio imo, but could continue to stagnate at current level too. Expectation while he was shining at Bayer Leverkusen was that he had the talent to be like Thomas Muller for club and country.

    Fantastic signing.

Florentino is building out a very versatile team. All signings have been geared towards that. Rudiger can play at CB/RB (and LB if you ask Carlo), Alaba at CB/LB, Camavinga at LB and as a 5 or 6, Tchouameni as a 5 or a 6, Bellingham can play across the midfield, Rodrygo across the front 3. Havertz would continue that pattern.

Player with loads of technical ability that will offer something we don't have on the wing. Ability to hold up play and play make from there. Carlo will get the best out of him, no doubts about it. We will look back on this signing as a bargain in a few years.

Havertz is a player that should be better than he is. I know some are high are on him but it's logical to be skeptical. Hopefully management sees something different than what I do. We also can't forget that 60ME is the equivalent of 30ME fifteen years ago.

I usually like player's with Havertz's profile, tall CFs but I'm not sure he uses his body well enough. I'm just glad we didn't go for Joao Felix.

We spent €60M on a a striker who can't score consistently and plays more like an AM. I mean he is what people mock Benzema to be; play linker with nice touch and dribble whi doesn't score enough.

I don't even know what to say... I just pray you guys are right and this guy can magically turn into a monster.

If he can't we have a new Jovic on our hands.
