finally a youth CF from Brazil in Europe top 4 leagues coming in Summer.

00 CF Brenner joins Udinese in Serie A for $10M. How does a player who scored 1 goal in MLS 2023 season get Serie A transfer? Sheesh at how Euro clubs can really force players and overspend and most can't even integrate their own players or go after domestic talents, cringe.

27 goals in 72 matches in that league in all competition is pretty poor showing.

    LOL

USA are cringe why is that XI trophy contenders???
-4 poached players in Dest, Robinson, Musah and Balogun.....can't dev shit themselves. Only reason USA got out of 2014 WC GS is due to German-American contingent too.
-Pulisic is bombing in Chelski and headed out, was never that good, overrated
-Dest is a HUGE Barca and now Milan flop
-the entire back 4 is mediocre
-Adams and Fat Mckennie are garbage at relegation candidate Leeds
-Weah.....LOL, went from CF to W to now playing fullback at club and doesn't even impress in any position. Got a LOT of hype just for being George Weah's son but was always overrated.
    -GK Turner=Arsenal bench GK....REALLY???

wow his comment must have really cut deep for you to be bringing up world wars in a football forum.

btw the key word there is "world"...as in without about 75% of the "world" on your side you brits would all be speaking german right now.

oh well, at least your royals would have felt at home

Oh that old chestnut! lol, that's probably what Napolean said about the Spanish Armarda, thats probably what the Kaiser said about the Napoleonic War, that's probably what Hitler said about WWI and that's probably what the Argentinians told themselves about WWII! :-D. As a Belgian you should be thankful that the British people back then fought on alone and didn't just accept Hitlers peace proposal (after all it would have saved a lot of lives) or else you would undoubtedly be speaking German right now.

85% of German casualties were in the East. The British played a minor role. You can thank the Russians for saving the world from Hitler, ba$tards though they are these days.

and those same weirdos always here to shit on Germany in some way.

this thread is for Germany fans to discuss other NTs. If you ain't happy GTFO, you aren't needed.

every tourney also always bring in triggered fans of other NTs that get pissed about what is said about their countries.

    None cares.

Agreed. As someone who despises the Spanish NT I don't bother lurking in those threads at all.

Benzema is done for, how long until Giroud is next. Will be 37 y/o going on 38 y/o during Euro 2024. So This upcoming tourney is likely his last one with France.

then they will likely focus on Thuram (yet to score for France), Muani, Tel etc for next generation. Thuram is leaving Gladbach in Summer, will be curious if he flops in I presume wants EPL. A lot of the French CFs in EPL aren't performing.

    French CFs in EPL
-02 CF Rutter, didn't do shit and got relegated to Championship, LOL one less French youth CF in top 4 leagues
-02 CF Mara, didn't do shit and only score once and also got relegated to Championship. LOL and another less French Youth CF in top 4 league

-95 CF Martial, 6 goals in 21 matches
-98 CF Edouard, 5 goals in 35 matches
-97 CF Mateta (ex 1BL), 2 goals in 29 matches
-96 CF Maupay, 1 goal in 27 matches

    YIKES.

    compare with
-96 CF Undav (German), 5 goals in 22 matches in EPL...........
LOL, he's played less matches then ALL of them minus Martial and with 619 mins in EPL this season Undav has less mins played then 4/4 listed above, LMAO.

French CFs in La Liga=Retired Benzeman that's it
French CFs in Serie A=Old Man Giroud, that's it

there is a reason why France is calling up
Muani, Thuram and in future Tel......because there is nothing else in top 4 leagues. Said it before but France like Argentina are not even high on 1BL minus Bayern. So if they call up players from 1BL........its because there is not much else in other leagues.

getting "Messi's heir" or "Next Messi" or "Nationality Messi" never ends well for any player, LOL.

well I'm always glad to see when a Spanish player flops/bombs/doesn't live up to expectations, LOL.

Ansu missed last two seasons due to serious injuries. Some people were even speculating that he wouldn’t be able to play pro football again. That said, even when he was good before the injuries, he was never the new Messi. He never had the dribbling ability of Messi or at least Vinicius Junior.

Truly an end of an era.

Ibrahimovic had to be last outfield player who brokethrough the 90s. And Buffon has 2024 contract is now likely the last 90s player.

Ibrahimovic was a world class CF.
Benzema and Giroud should be the next CFs to retire in near future.

Seems like a guy who plays best in his home environment, even if that means not winning any trophies.

Talking of CF’s, with Benzema moving to Saudi, Ibra retiring, Suarez now playing in Brazil, Aguero retired etc seems there are fewer and fewer world class CF’s playing in Europe. Lewa still is at a very level but is 35 in August, Kane & Lukaku a level below him and both are now 30.

even likes of Messi, Modric etc seem closing in on the end. So a lot of the players who dominated the world class shatter are almost done for.

and yeah, once Lewa is done. We basically start from 0 when it comes to CFs or more like 1 with Haaland, LOL.
