    I think you guys have way too high expectations. Maybe the kids just haven't peaked yet not everyone is a saviola or Messi. I don't see any standout talent. Masch seems stubborn and too influenced with outdated Barca tactics. He should just replicate the same exact formation and tactics as Scaloni but it is not that disastrous this tournament. His loss to France before was tho

    Scaloni didn't have one set of tactics, he always changed. Mascherano isn't capable of that type of coaching.

    Lol you won't let that go. I was also asking for Enzo since game 1. Werent you a little reluctant on that?

    No, I wasn’t reluctant. I knew more than enough about Enzo before the World Cup and said he would be there.

    I know you watch mostly Messi matches and do not follow youngsters very often or even the Primera but I think this generation, at least their potential and talent is the best we’ve had in a long time. It is unfortunate they were managed by an incompetent nincompoop.

    Masche should shadow the Scaloneta and absorb as much as he can. At least coach this guy up please

    Beyond pathetic.:mad::mad::mad:

    If the US beats Uruguay, you will have USA-Israel and Italy-SK Semis. We blew golden opportunity away to win our 7th.

    Uruguay is up 1-0. Terrible defending by the US.

    Uruguay had absolutely nothing going before that either and allowed some really big chances. Just one mistake and sloppy backtracking

    Own goal, that's the game lol. Uruguay had the same goof in the start of the game and got away with it. Talk about luck

    I am of Italian decent. But Uruguay is our continent-neighbor we should support. But I have a TON of Israeli friends and its a great story. . . but I've always had an inkling towards South Korean women. . . so its tough for me to choose between the last 4.

    I'm just glad its not Brazil winning it. . . imagine how embarrassing it would be to have your arch nemesis be crown champion in your home soil?! ;)

    If Uruguay wins won't that be the second tournament in a row we've hosted that they've won?

    Yup. Three out of four. They also won the 87 CA as well. The only exception was the 2001 Sub20.
