    Happy the season is done.

Team needs to take a break (players who are staying and coaching staff both) then regroup in a few weeks.

There are several players who underperformed this season who I hope have proper competition next season.

I think we’ve been missing proper competition where the most in form player gets the start. Gotta get this crew hungry again, so bringing in new faces will help in that regard as long as the recruitment is sound. Need that La Liga title back where it belongs.

I have to agree. It's all great having that "buddy" type as a manager, but when standards slip, it's difficult for them to stamp their authority.

Vinicius is a prime example. Spends too much time complaining, simply gives up when he doesn't get a foul and hardly makes runs off the ball. Every free or corner kick for example, he's just hanging around.

A coach like, I really hate to admit this, Pep would have stamped all that nonsense out a long time ago.

Glad Benzema got a goal and standing ovation in his last game. Adios Karim!

Playing Rudiger at LB for no reason and then bringing him back to CB AFTER we concede shows you how clueless Carlo has been.

Apparently players have to ask to be subbed in?

I think every player deserves at least a decent farewell.

A coach of Carlo's experience and calibre should have given Hazard and Mariano that, a sub-in at the 92nd minute.

He says they were professional, we know they trained well, never caused problems in the dressing room or spoke out of order to the media.

They are mere footnotes in the club's history books but Carlo is a professional and I expected him to do the professional thing.

For what reason, for them to be booed, they have contributed nothing to our team nor have they contributed to any of our successes in any way, Nacho gets on because he is loved and has contributed, so too Karim and to a lesser extent Marco, I imagine no one cares if they get to say goodbye to Eden and Mariano on the pitch or not, no one’s seen them there for ages anyway and there’s nothing to celebrate re these players, but you are so against Carlo that I guess if you attack him from every angle you can think of something will make sense, throw enough crap at the wall something’s bound to stick

Midfield is too easy to skip in transition and our defense just gets carved open. Courtois really covers up the issues defending.

    Nah. ******** them.

They were told they were not wanted and bled the club dry.

Carlo was kind including them in the match squad.

    First off, chill.

Secondly, kids on the internet these days label criticism as "attacks" or "hate", again chill with that.

I really don't have to throw crap at anybody's wall; the season is over and Carlo's results this year speak volumes.

That's the season over, and thank god the league campaign is done, it was a tough watch for most of the campaign other than a few strong team performances. A thoroughly underwhelming end to the season.

I love Carlo, but I'm really concerned about what he'll do with the squad next season and whether he has it in him to get the team fired up. It's on him to get the new young team to press, when necessary.

It’s going to be the same old with Kroos/Modric in the middle, hero ball with Vinny and forcing Alaba as CB and Carvajal creaking up and down the field. Mendy being a muppet at LB.

Kane won’t make any difference to that lump of shit.

I don’t blame Carlo as Flo has made it that way with resigning Kroos/Modric and Carvajal has no real competition. Alaba must have influence with Flo and Mendy is non transferable.

Why is Rudiger playing LB? Is this going to be a thing now?

IMO, It’s not just about the coach alone, it will be a combination of what the coach wants and the will and determination of the youngsters, all the young players will have to step up a gear to even get close to what KCM produced on a consistent basis, Fede fell off, Tchou fell off Camma was relatively consistent but knows he needs to grow, and Jude is coming to a new team with new teammates

you said the same just before that lump of shit won us a double, for different reasons you’ll probably be wrong and silent again
