Aston Villa hosting Brighton. AVL secures 7th with a victory. Much improved season would be rewarded with European spot. They lead 2-1 at halftime.

Everton stays up in the EPL (which sucks).

Leeds slink back into the "Championship." Good. I like Leeds, but firing Jesse Marsch was stupid.
Hiring Sam Allardyce with four games remaining was beyond stupid. He just flat out sucks as a manager.

Leicester also down. Won the EPL (which sucks) in 2016, relegated today. They should have stuck with Brenden Rogers as manager. They ended up with three wins from their final 17 matches.

Villa goes from the relegation zone in October to playing in Europe.

    Good for them
Good for Duran. Let's hope he gets a few starts, with a few goals next season and ends up with a great career.

The EPL was ridiculous in all the firings this year. I have a feeling Leeds would have stayed up if Marsch stuck around.

    At least Manchester City lost.

Now, all they have to do is lose their next two games.

    FA Cup Final.
    Champion's league Final.

    And things will be okay.

I think they would have had a much better chance. They went through 4 managers from February.

They were 17th when he was sacked and under "Big Sam," they ended up 19th. They picked up a single point under him.

They won 3 matches in the league after Marsch's dismissal.

It was clear they were playing really well under Marsch, they were just struggling to score. I blame Jesse for not publicly putting some pressure on them to score. It could have helped motivate them.

Chivas vs tigres. Liga mx final. Chivas was up 2-0 at half and in control but tigres tied it. Actually a very good game now. Great atmosphere in Guadalajara

I watched the highlights specifically to see if he got any minutes and even the bench celebrations I did not see him.

I did not get the full game and did not watch but the highlights looked fantastic! Exciting! The announcers helped for sure.

Only if Roma win it. :)

And if Fiorentina wins and Inter can pull off a miracle, that’d be good too.

Found the CONCOCAF Champion's League game on UniMas via YouTubeTV. Feels weird cheering for LAFC, but my hierarchery of afflition calls goes US-Gaut-MX-anybody but Canada so LAFC it is.

Roma was the better team. Tough way to go. Perhaps some questions can be asked about Jose's tactics but alas.

The yellow on Pelligrini in the 45th ********ed the game. The ref made a huge mistake and there was no real way to fix it.

    FA Cup Final.

    All EPL (which sucks) final.

First ever Manchester Derby in an FA Cup Final.

    Manchester United v. Manchester City.

City scores in the first 13 seconds.

Boo. Manchester City has replaced Arsenal as my most despised EPL team.

Ever since I became a lifelong Manchester City fan last year when their evil owners bought Palermo, they’ve been stacking up trophies!

I think that the game last year when they won the league is the last game of theirs that I watched, though, because the EPL sucks.
