Timmy subbed on in the 69th minute of a friendly 1-1 draw with Vitesse, joining Paxten, who came on at the half.

Chandler subs on! In the 79th minute with a 5-0 lead, but he's on.

And of course, Chandler gets an assist on the sixth and final goal. Wide open behind the defense, nicely rolled ball across the six.

As we near the middle of the season, Timmy has only made an 11 minute Conference League appearance so far. Probably time to hang up the cleats.

I think he's already basically an assistant coach in the locker room. A Frankfurt-based colleague (does not work for the team) told me they already offered him a job once he's no longer a player, whenever that is, but I don't know if that's 100%.

There was an article awhile ago that stated the same.

Not even an article, it was announced in his last deal with Eintracht that it included a transition into a job with the team after he was done playing.

He's kind of at that stage. He still pops up every now and then on the bench but that's where we are at.

Chandler on the bench against Union Saint-Gilloise, in perhaps his final bench appearance in European football.

I'm amazed, but he played. They were down two when he came on, and he got an immediate yellow. EF did score one to keep it interesting late, but that's probably it for Timmy's career in European competition.

Timmy came on in extra time and immediately assisted Marmoush on the equalizer with a flicked header.

Chandler subs on to help finish off a 3-1 win over Hoffenheim, which was aided by an early red card to fellow Germerican Brooks.

Chandler's surprise run of playing time continues with a 90th minute sub appearance, losing to Dortmund 3-1.

Every sub appearance just lowers his A/90 and GA/90. He still leads with 11.25/90 (next closest is 6/90 lol) But if he keeps getting sub minutes, he better grab another assist and put it out of reach! (Funnily enough Paxten is 4th for A/90... Yanks represent!)

    Ended tied by the by.

"Popular with team mates", which I don't doubt.

So wtf happened with the USMNT?
